Brandon O'Hara

Brandon O’Hara has been with Elevance Health since 2015 and serves as Staff Vice President of Enterprise Quality Measurement and Patient Safety. He leads enterprise-wide strategies to advance clinical quality, strengthen patient safety, and improve health outcomes for members nationwide. His work focuses on aligning performance measurement, accreditation, regulatory readiness, and quality improvement initiatives to drive measurable impact across the organization.

Previously, Brandon led enterprise analytics teams supporting strategic priorities related to accreditation, cost of care, and health solutions. In that role, he partnered with business and clinical leaders to translate complex data into actionable strategies that improved operational performance and quality outcomes.
