Michelle Schreiber

Dr. Schreiber is the Deputy Director of the Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ) and the Director of the Quality Measurement and Value-Based Incentives Group (QMVIG) at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Dr. Schreiber is also a general internal medicine physician with over 25 years of clinical healthcare experience, and executive quality leadership of large health systems. She has a long history of advancing healthcare quality on a local, state, and national level. Dr. Schreiber’s interests are quality improvement, quality measures, and the intersection with electronic medical records to advance quality, safety, and healthcare for all persons.
