Melody Pedralvez Boehm
Melody is a long‑tenured Kaiser Permanente leader with nearly 20 years of experience supporting care delivery, operations, and physician practice improvement across Southern California. As the Regional Director of Business Optimization & Workflow Consulting, she leads a multidisciplinary team of managers and clinical consultants delivering operational improvement, workflow optimization, and change initiatives across outpatient and inpatient settings.
Melody oversees a broad portfolio of clinical consulting, program delivery, and training efforts and serves as a trusted advisor to regional and local leadership. She is known for a collaborative, influence‑based leadership style, a strong focus on operational excellence, and a deep commitment to clinician wellbeing and team development.
Melody holds a Master of Health Administration and a Certificate in Gerontology from Chapman University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
Outside of professional work, Melody enjoys spending time with her family, especially her young twin boys and daughter, skiing in Mammoth, and tending her flower garden.
