Elizabeth Savells is Strategy Director for Elevance Health’s Enterprise Patient Safety Program, where she leads strategic initiatives to advance patient safety and reduce preventable harm across the organization. With more than 15 years at Elevance Health, she has spent the last six years within the Clinical Quality organization driving enterprise quality improvement efforts and fostering safer care delivery.
Prior to her current role, Elizabeth held leadership and management consulting positions across healthcare and financial services, including roles at Elevance Health, Humana, and Bank of America. Her experience spans strategy development, operational transformation, and performance improvement, with a focus on translating complex challenges into scalable solutions that improve outcomes.
Elizabeth brings a cross-industry perspective to patient safety and is passionate about advancing innovative, evidence-based approaches that enhance quality, strengthen trust, and improve the healthcare experience for patients and communities.
