Strategic Initiatives Director, Anthem BCBS NY
Caroline Heindrichs is a healthcare leader with expertise in the areas of government health insurance programs, behavioral health, social determinants of health and value-based payment. She currently serves as the Strategic Initiatives Director for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield NY. Prior to her current role she served in senior positions at the NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene, a Behavioral Health IPA, health focused non-profit organizations and with Members of Congress. Caroline has her undergraduate degree in Social Work from Salisbury University and a Master’s Degree in Health Policy from the George Washington University.
