Crystal Garcia has been in healthcare for over 25 years. The last 20 years has been in Quality/Regulatory which is her passion. She has been tasked with being responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in healthcare quality and safety. Crystal has helped develop and implement strategies to enhance patient safety and quality throughout the organization. This encompasses the Acute Care Hospital, Behavioral Health and Ambulatory settings. She collaborates closely with clinical and administrative leaders to align organizational goals as well as lead a cross-functional team to drive patient safety initiatives.
